How we build

Isn't it time to ask ourselves whether the air we sleep in and the light we work in influence our careers more than an MBA?

In fact, we should have started this discussion differently. Have you ever thought of your health as a "state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity" as defined by the WHO Constitution?

You're thinking now. So what effects do you think the room you work in has on your physical well-being?

What about the space you live in? Can you rely on it to restore your mental well-being, so easily lost in the hustle and bustle of a harder day?

You came here to read about how we're developing the 21 projects we founded Build21 for. So why start with questions about health?

Because there's no other way.

Because with Build21, the discussion about what and how we build will start and end with the really important stuff. Restful sleep, optimism, connecting with the people around us, creativity... Things that are easily lost and hard to regain.

Does that sound too poetic or like an NGO mission? We're realists. We don't want to change what can't be changed: what has been built so far remains as is.

But the things we change, we’ll change from the ground up: by building the 21 projects, we will rebuild an entire way of thinking.

The essence of this change? We will leave to future generations a new relationship between the material well-being of real estate investors and the physical, mental and social well-being of the people who will use the spaces we build.

Does the Romanian real estate need this? Obviously.

Do we need help to bring about this change? Definitely.
