Build21 emerged because we were born and live in Romanian real estate

We have lived and worked in inter-war houses, “communist” blocks of flats and spaces built since the 2000s. We know how everyone who lives here feels: Romania deserves real estate that pays more attention to what people really want.

Buildings that drive communities.

Spaces that improve the lives of those who inhabit them and work in them.

Buyers who participate in the decisions we make during the project. And in the profit we generate.

We founded Build21 to develop 21 projects. And to prove that the transformation we all want is possible.

Build21 starts here. Join us!
